I was born in Harrison on July 31, 1949. I was told my grandmother Daniels a mid-wife at the time helped deliver me. My Aunt Ruby said the house I was born in was placed on the National Resister. It was by some rail road tracks. My maiden name was Watkins. Very curious about this and would appriciate any information.

I am moving to 5813 waterman road Harrison, but the house is in batavia. I wonder if you can give me any information on the property, house, neigh or hood, etc. Right now it’s looking like the house was built in the early 1900s, but that’s a guess.

Marta- you should visit the Boone County Heritage Museum, we have many resources that would be helpful in answering your questions. ~TM
